The Frog Princess

Sun Mar 18, 2007, 8:15 PM
So, y'know, when I wrote and posted the fourth Minorities Princess comic, I hadn't actually checked what Disney's schedual on the thing was... But I seem to have predicted the date for the unveiling pretty damn well! Check it out, yo! [link]

I dunnos how busy you is, but could I ask you a small favor?

My momma is planning on getting a tattoo, her first one, and I thought I'd ask my artistic friends for help.

She wants a gust of wind (like swirly clouds or something) and a leaf. It'll be small because she wants it on her shoulder blade. Wind = grays, leaf = green.

I don't have any money at the moment (I know I owe you a ton of money right now. I'm the process of getting a job ASAP), but I can give you anything else.

If you don't want to do it, please let me know. If you have any questions, also, let me know.

Thanks and I miss ya!

I'm really not good at wind... I don't think I'd be able to do this well for her. Sorry. Oh yeah, you do owe me money, I forgot... And I owe you one small gnome... he's sitting on my nightstand now and I've moved back to Seattle finally.
It's alright.

I hope my gnome is ok... I've been worried about him!

He is fine, but he might be lonely. I never play with him because I find him kind of creepy.
Gnomes aren't creepy!! T_T

Why hello there! How goes life, love, and the price of cinnamon in Spain?

Sixpence is sixpence...
I know not of cinnamons, but I've recently escaped that which is college and have been doing odd-jobs and working on a really complex costume for con while living at my parents' house since mid-month. The buses don't come out here, so it'll be pretty much impossible for me to hold a proper job until I get out into an apartment with one of my high school friends in September, but I'm poking at things and trying to find a costuming internship with a local theatre, that might take a couple months to get set up anyway. So I'm mooching around for a a bit and finding monies where I can for now, I don't have to pay rent for a bit (which is nice since I can't work from here really...) and my mom's picked up a new job about six months ago so I'm helping hold down her web design business and making dinner for the family. I'm having fun playing house-wife for now, and I'm setting up to start selling crafts and stuff through Etsy.
Congrats on your parole! I know That Which Is College can be soul-crushing and dreary, so it's good to escape for a while.

What's the complex costume you're working on? I wanna see! I've been chatting/plotting with Elfy about a rather spectacular new painting idea I cooked up--I can't wait to share it with you.

So fun to hear you're doing the house-wife bit..nothing more satisfying than a clean floor, folded laundry, and a well-cooked meal slowly digesting. Send me your etsy link so I can buy stuffs from you!
